We have often heard, at the time of wild caviar, the great names in our profession say: "Caviar: must be Oscietre!" We selected the Uruguyan fish-farm which, since 1995, has raised sturgeon in exceptional environmental conditions between the banks of the river Rio Negro and Lake Baygorria.
Today, this Oscietre caviar, selected by COMPTOIR DU CAVIAR, comes the closest to what we knew as wild caviar, and should allow the nostalgic to relive forgotten emotions.
